Paynes Orchard - Fruit Picking
Date: November to April
Location: 372 Bacchus Marsh Road, Bacchus Marsh, VIC 3340
Cherries and Berries will be picking late November and through December. Some stone-fruit including Peaches, Plums and Nectarines picking after Christmas. Then Apples start around February through April.

Morning Melodies at the ISCW
Date: Every 1st and 3rd Friday of the month
Location: Italian Sports Club of Werribee 601 Heaths Road Werribee
$15 per person for a ticket including scones on arrival followed by a delightful roast lunch & dessert. Tea & coffee facilities provided. Or $10 per ticket for the show only.

Yerambooee Community Centre Market Day
Date: Saturday 15 December, 9am to 2pm
Location: Yerambooee Community Centre, 55 Maple Crescent, Hoppers Crossing
Market runs on the 3rd Saturday of every month. There are 30+ stalls of handmade, knitted, new and used products, including jewellery, home decor, candles, toys, coffee, sausage sizzle, face painting, jumping castle, freebies and much more.

New Year’s Eve Celebrations

City by the Bay Bowls Carnival

Australia Day Celebrations
Date: Saturday 26 January, 6.00pm to dusk
Location: Werribee South Foreshore
Wyndham residents are invited to join in the festivities at Werribee South beach to celebrate Australia's national day. With music and fun children's activities, bring along your picnic basket and rug to join in and watch the fireworks at dusk. This is a family friendly event and alcohol is not permitted.
Geelong Beer & Cider Festival
Date: Saturday 2 February 2013
Location: Geelong racecourse
The Great Australian Beer Festival (GABF) will see the Geelong racecourse transformed into a beer & cider lover’s paradise. Featuring the very best brews from 25 of the most interesting brewers from around Victoria and interstate, it’s going to look like a rather large beer garden celebrating the craft beer revolution sweeping Australia. All local brewers will be there, Prickly Moses, Bellarine Brewing Company, Southern Bay, Flying Brick Cider, Forrest, new guys in town; Little Creatures. There will also be a handful of wineries for those that prefer a tipple.

Rhythm of Africa, Werribee Open Range Zoo

Werribee Open Range Zoo's twilight concert series, Rhythm of Africa, runs each Saturday and Sunday in February.
Set against the stunning backdrop of the Werribee Open Range Zoo, visitors can groove to African beats ranging from vibrant Pan African contemporary dance to traditional Ghanaian rhythms, or just relax and soak up the setting sun.
A wide variety of African inspired food and drinks will be available for purchase, or there’s plenty of space for a picnic.

Date: Friday 15 February 2013
