Visit a RCA village

A turning point in the development of a new retirement village comes with the opening of the sales office and display homes. That exciting milestone arrived at RCA village, Martha Cove Safety Beach during the summer just gone, where three brand new display homes are available for viewing and the Sales Team is now located on site. “This is such an exciting time in the development of a new village in the RCA village group and we encourage everyone to come to the site, take a tour and enjoy a cuppa with our consultants,” says RCA Sales Manager, Pat Hems.

While the villa displays are already open, the new apartments will not be open until construction of the Community Clubhouse is completed, in the near future. The apartments will be situated on the first floor of the building. “The apartments will be incredibly convenient for those who plan to make the most of the communal facilities.”

At Point Cook Village, Helen, Lilly and Milca are settling into their new Sales Office, which is now located in Unit 266 in Loddon Lodge, adjacent to the Community Clubhouse. And at Beleura Village Mornington, the Sales Team have recently relocated to the Community Centre.
