Cardina Waters Village - End of Year Round Up

Cardina Waters Village - End of Year Round Up

This year we welcomed an old friend back into the RCA Village family. Cardinia Waters Village was the first village to be developed and managed under the RCA brand while it was still under the ownership of AMP Capital.

Over the years that we built the village, we developed relationships with many of the residents and enjoyed seeing them become part of their community enjoying the unique facilities offered at Cardinia Waters. “Once we knew that Cardinia Waters Village was on the market, it made perfect sense for us to bring the ‘band back together’.” After all, we built, marketed and managed it for 6 years – so the natural thing to do was buy it,” said Andrew Philip.

While the village is fully occupied, there are on occasion, a good selection of pre-loved homes to fit a range of budgets available. Driving into the village, one can’t help admire the beauty of the wetlands and the spaciousness of the grounds. It is clear that residents love living in the village; the walking paths are well worn, the luxurious clubhouse buzzes with activity as fitness lovers enjoy the gym and the pool, crafters meet and work in the multi purpose room and numerous clubs and groups gather to enjoy common passions and hobbies.
Bowlers, in particular, love the full sized competition bowls green and become enthusiastic members of the Bowls Club.

Residents recently joined Lakeside Pakenham Community Bank board member, Gary Best and Customer Relationship Officer Lisa Mifsud at an information session in the Clubhouse when the Bank made a generous $1000 donation to the Bowls Club.

Residents over the Christmas and New Year period will enjoy a number of organised activities for those that would like to participate.
